The Goodwill Party is a theme party with two rules. First, go to The Goodwill and purchase an outfit to wear to the party which is under $20. Then after the party donate all the clothes back to The Goodwill. Music to Fergie - Glamorous and Talking Heads - Once in a Lifetime.
